Hard Boiled Eggs

Put your eggs in the rice cooker pan. Add enough cold water to cover the eggs. They are less likely to crack if you start them in cold water. Turn cooker on to cook. When the water starts to boil, cook for 15 minutes. When time is up, take pan to sink (use mitts or pot holders so you don’t burn yourself.) Pour off hot water and then run cold water over the eggs.

If you put them back into their carton, mark each one with the letter “H” so you can tell which ones are hard boiled.
